• Tech support staff: Experienced customer service representative with good customer relations, phone, and organizational skills. Duties include answering and resolving tech support calls and emails, trouble-ticket resolution, monitoring and trouble shooting the network problems. Candidates should have strong computer and Internet knowledge and able to work independently.
  
  
• System Administrators: Experienced system administrators with good knowledge about UNIX and Windows NT servers. Duties include monitoring TCP/IP network, Unix and NT servers; performance regular server backups; install new server software; repair and troubleshoot failed servers.
